ExperienceMontville provides a platform for booking and participating in curated cultural experiences, guided heritage tours, and community engagement programs across South Africa. All services are delivered by licensed local guides and partner organisations. We do not guarantee availability of any specific experience at the time of booking.
You agree to provide accurate personal information when booking or registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the experience of other participants.
ExperienceMontville acts as a booking intermediary and is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in third-party experiences. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation policies vary by experience and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of an approved cancellation. No refunds are issued for no-shows or late arrivals. ExperienceMontville reserves the right to cancel a booking with full refund if minimum participant numbers are not met.
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by ExperienceMontville or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and delete any downloaded materials. Sections 3, 5, and 7 survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town.
